We specifically want to focus on property maintenance & 'Make-Ready' work for property owners and investors, giving multiple people employment opportunities & ensuring your spaces are ready for new occupants or that current occupants are comfortable where they reside.
Iron House Inc. has a mission of serving those in need of recovery with love, compassion, & Truth as taught by Jesus Christ. People in general desperately need work - And those with a past can sometimes feel stuck with no skills, employment history, or the many other barriers to employment that block them from moving forward.
Our mission extends beyond services; we aim to create life-changing employment opportunities for individuals in recovery, empowering them to rebuild their lives and contribute to the community.
This programs hopes to increase recovery capital for people in recovery from SUD within the occupational dimension of wellness and offer meaningful connections. Hopefully, they will learn, grow, recover, and develop into productive members of the community that can in turn help others do the same. With God, all things are possible!

2. Hire our employees - All of our employees and temporary staffing solutions contain a protocol that give you peace of mind. We will even help pay for any initial certifications they may need! We evaluate the skills and core competencies of everyone individually and hope to send you the right person for the job every time. If someone isn't a good fit, we will find someone who is.
